MasterChef Professional Dinner Series – Claire Lara at Riwaz

The first female winner of MasterChef: The Professionals, back in 2010, Claire Lara has since cooked for the late Queen Elizabeth II and Raymond Blanc, as well as judging for Comic Relief 2011 in Downing Street. Claire has gone on to lead many high profile kitchens across Merseyside and North Wales, and has focused her passion on engaging with and developing young chefs, consultancy work, live demos, writing for national publications and being the creative driving force behind a number of exciting projects and businesses.
