Join us at Riwaz to discover Chef Atul Kochhar’s inspiring interpretation of traditional Indian gastronomy during an exclusive, interactive demonstration. Watch and learn as he reveals the secrets behind his signature dishes, expertly guiding you through intricate spice blending and authentic historical recipes.
Beginning at 10:15, guests will be welcomed with freshly brewed tea, coffee, and artisanal pastries before Chef Kochhar commences his culinary demonstration.
The session concludes with a wonderful three-course lunch paired with a fine glass of wine. You will also receive a signed copy of Chef Kochhar’s cookbook to take home.
Masterclasses are priced at £180 per person, which includes the interactive workshop, three-course lunch with wine, and a signed copy of Chef Kochhar’s latest book, Curry Everyday.
Participants are welcome to invite friends and family to join them for the three-course lunch for an additional £40 per person.
