Indulge in a spectacular seven-course tasting menu fit for royalty, featuring one curated dish for each decade of the Queen’s reign—taking you on a memorable culinary journey from the 1950s to the present day.
Every course celebrates the finest British produce from land and sea, transformed through traditional Indian culinary techniques. Menu highlights include Orkney Hand-Dived Scallops, Pan-Roasted Black Cod, Tandoor-Grilled Norwich Chicken marinated in yoghurt and regional spices, Herb-Crusted Canon of Lake District Lamb served with a classic Rogan jus, and a delicate Framboise St. George to finish.
